1 pound steamed yams or canned pure pumpkin puree

1/2 pound pureed raw summer/winter squash

1/3 pound pureed raw cauliflower

1/2 pound pureed raw broccoli

1/3 pound pureed raw carrots

Spring water

One package VitaMin Mix OR
-
4 Tablespoons each kelp/dulse or 4 Tablespoons SeaMeal

10 capsules freeze dried glandulars

3 capsules Taurine
-
1,250 mg Vitamin E (4 capsules)

300 mg Vitamin B Complex (3 capsules)

10 capsules Salmon Oil

Mix all ingredients together adding enough water to form a thick chili consistency.

Store in freezer safe containers (about 15).
To Serve
- Defrost one container in refridgerator.

Feed 1/2 cup to 1 cup two to three times per day.
